At Nettleton Public Schools, we are proud to celebrate 24 exceptional educators from across our district who have earned Teacher Merit Pay, totaling $62,500 in recognition of their outstanding work and dedication to student success.

This distinction is awarded to licensed teachers with at least three years of experience who meet the LEARNS Act definition of a teacher and have demonstrated a positive impact on student growth or earned a Highly Effective evaluation rating.
Recipients also qualified through one or more of the following merit categories:
  • Top percentage of student growth
  • Teaching in a critical shortage area, serving in a geographic shortage area, or holding a Master/Lead Teacher designation
  • Mentoring future educators

This achievement reflects the passion, expertise, and commitment our teachers bring to the classroom each and every day. Your dedication to helping students learn, grow, and succeed makes a lasting difference in the lives of our Raiders.
